Stay At 7 by Young

We can proudly tell you that Stay At 7 is part of the YOUNG Venture Group family since July 2022. After focussing on short-stay as well, the student hotel is turning a new route, focussing primarily on long-stay for students and young professionals that are in The Netherlands for an internship. With a focus on young, motivated people who are here for at least 6 months or longer (most of the students stay for 1 entire school year), the hotel is determined to built a real lively community. Via various monthly events, such as a movie night and game night in the spacious common rooms and a yet-to-be-built restaurant, the team brings students together. Friends are invited, of course. YOUNG took over the hotel after the previous operator failed to run the location successfully and went bankrupt in earlier 2022. With the new management on board and partners such as property management company Parkstone and marketing agency Content Collectiv, the location is ready for its 2.0 launch. Besides a student hotel, Stay At 7 will be the home of new business with 26 office units.
